Something funny to me...

I met a fellow night shifter onboard. He is the contractor's inspector. His job is mainly to keep track, and to make sure things are going on well in whatever the contractor is doing. Basically to inspect the job onboard.

Actually I didn't meet him. He came into my office to drop of some report. Or to take some report. I really don't know. So I asked him a normal person-in-charge would ask his subordinate. I asked him the what are the conditions outside. How are things coming on. He looked at me, all blur, well, this is our conversation:

Me: So, how are things going on? How many repairs were done tonight?
Inspector: ???
Me: Er, how are things outside la?
Inspector: Er, sorry ar, I just woke up.
Me: =_='

Hahahah funny la. His expression was almost priceless....

Well, when it happened it was pretty funny. Somehow it doesn't sound that funny when I put it in words here. Oh well...
